Documents for Admission

Candidates for undergraduate training must have completed secondary education, confirmed with Certificate/Diploma recognized for admission to university.

Admission Deadline

Applicants are expected to submit the following documents:

  • Certified copies of Passport and Birth Certificate;
  • duly filled application form (download here);
  • photocopy of Secondary School Certificate duly certified;
  • photocopy of Certificate with Integrated State Test results (if there is any);
  • 6 pictures (3x4 cm size);
  • medical certificate with all necessary test results (HIV).

Personal application for admission is accepted for one department only (for full/part-time form of training) and candidate participates in contest for all majors of the chosen department.

Applications for admission (for full/part-time form of training) are accepted from June 21 to July 15. Candidates enrolled at the University will be admitted to the Preliminary Department for one year to study Russian language and basic subjects of a chosen major. Students who successfully passed all exams of Preliminary courses are transferred to the main departments. The academic year starts on September 1. (Application Form (.pdf))

Enrolment for full-time training is from August 1 to August 10.

Enrolment for part-time training starts on August 10 and finishes not later than 10 days before studies begin.

Candidates approved for admission should send by e-mail the copy of the passport and address of living in the country of residence that is required for entry visa procedure.

Entrance Examinations

Undergraduate students are admitted to the University on the basis of their performance in the entrance examination: only top examinees can be accepted.

All entrance examinations are arranged in Russian.

Entrance Examinations based on Integrated State Exam on the following disciplines:

  • Woodworking Technology Department, Forestry and Ecology Department, Nature Protection Management and Water Conservation Department:
    • Mathematics (competitive examination);
    • Russian language (competitive examination);
    • Physics or Chemistry  on your choice (test);
  • Machine-Building Department:
    • Mathematics (competitive examination);
    • Russian language (competitive examination);
    • Physics (test);
  • Radio Engineering Department, Civil Engineering Department, Information Science and Computer Engineering Department:
    • Mathematics (competitive examination);
    • Physics (competitive examination);
    • Russian language (competitive examination);
  • Economics Department, Administration and Management Department:
    • Mathematics (competitive examination);
    • Russian language (competitive examination);
    • Social Studies (competitive examination);
  • Social Studies Department:
    • Russian language (competitive examination);
